Terms and conditions.
These terms cover the apps, the sound packs and everything else on kurzworld.com, run by Pedro Carrilho, Portugal. Contact: info@kurzworld.com. Last updated 4 November 2026.
1. The apps
Unless a page says otherwise, the apps on this site, in their web and native versions, are free. Some run here in your browser; others come free with the sound packs. They are licensed, not sold: you get a personal, free licence to use them, and they remain the property of their creator.
2. What you may not do with them
You may not sell, distribute, copy or publish the apps, change them, decompile them or take them apart, or remove their notices, nor let anyone else do so.
3. Using the apps
You use the apps at your own responsibility and only for lawful purposes. If you record instruments, plugins or sounds that belong to others, for example with KEDITOR GRAND's sampler, you need the right to do so and must respect their licences: sampling a commercial plugin and selling the result is not allowed.
The apps write to your K2700. Back it up before you load files or store programs: data lost on the instrument is your responsibility.
4. Updates and liability
The apps are provided as they are. Their creator does not undertake to update them or to fix bugs and, as far as the law allows, is not liable for their use or for any effect of using them.
5. The sound packs
A sound pack, bought or free, is licensed to the person who gets it. You may use its sounds in your own music, recordings, performances and productions, commercial ones included, with no royalties to pay.
You may not share, give away or sell the packs, their programs or their samples to anyone else, nor use them in, or as, sample packs or sound libraries.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are final: they include all taxes. Payment is made with PayPal.
7. Delivery
Your download link arrives by email, at the address of your PayPal account, within 3 days of your payment. If it has not arrived by then, you may ask for a refund or choose to wait a little longer: write to info@kurzworld.com.
8. No returns or refunds
These are digital products, delivered to you as files. By buying one you ask for it to be delivered straight away and accept that, once it is delivered, you can no longer return it or be refunded. If a file is damaged or does not load on your K2700, write to us and we will send it again.
9. What you need
Each product page says what it needs: a Kurzweil K2700 and, for the apps, a Mac with macOS 12 or later, or Chrome, Edge or Firefox for the web versions. Please check before you buy.
10. Claude
AI Sound Design works with Claude, a service of Anthropic, through your own Claude account and under Anthropic's terms; this site does not run or control it.
11. Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Portuguese law applies. How we handle your data is on the privacy page; the trademarks are noted at the foot of every page.
